With corporate headquarters in Cali, primary offices in Bogotá and subsidiary offices in Lima, Peru, SAINC is one of the top construction companies in Colombia. We carry out infrastructure development, industrial plant construction, commercial and institutional building, as well as housing and urbanization projects.
Over 40 years of experience in the construction sector, highly qualified human resources, solid financial support and an agile operational capacity allow us to offer the execution of high-quality projects that meet international standards while fulfilling the safety and environmental expectations of our increasingly demanding clients.
SAINC counts with its own maintenance and repair centers staffed with skilled teams in both Cali and Bogotá. Our operation plants cover a total of 193,750 ft² and are equipped with heavy machinery and a fleet of vehicles that allow us to tackle and deliver extremely large-scale projects right on time.
SAINC was founded in 1977 on the 22nd of November with the name Otero, Tafur y Durán Ltda. Eight years later, on the 25th of September 1984, the company´s name became Saa & Angulo Ingenieros Constructores Ltda. The company´s was finally incorporated in October of 1997 with the present name, Sainc Ingenieros Constructores S.A. Our offices in Bogotá became operational in 2002. Six years later, in 2008, in the search for greater efficiency, two new complementary businesses were created: Skema S.A, for project promotion and management; and Dromos S.A., for rock aggregates and concrete asphalt production. In 2010, to take advantage of the strong economic growth cycle in emerging markets, we began our expansion into international markets by opening a subsidiary office in Lima, Peru, that is officially listed in the National Registry of Suppliers. With more than 40 years of existence, SAINC has built a number of important and widely recognized projects short-listed as follows:
