Since 2010, the SAINC Foundation, through its education, home improvement and income generation programs, has focused on its workers and their families in their personal lives, work, and social growth. More than 3,000 people (most of them Afro-Colombians, of indigenous and farming tradition and others displaced by the armed conflict), have benefited from educational, artistic and psychosocial support activities. The Foundation promotes complementary spaces for education in values and life skills, through the generation of reflective tools that allows its members to make good decisions and build positive relationships with their peers, family and society. With the help of the Sainc Foundation, families have improved their quality of life both physically and emotionally, and children have healthy families spaces allowing better personal development and a hopeful future.
